Britney Spears: Pea brain

God forbid someone film me when I'm drunk and babbling, but here's a funny clip of Britney Spears being a drunk moron anyways. She's geeking out a little so maybe she's on drugs. Either way, she's a pea brain:

As a blogger, you have undertaken a responsiblity to bring insightful and thought provoking musings to a large audience of your peers, it saddens me to see that VTKid has decided to take the low road by posting a video of a drunken Brittney Spears. Come on VTKid - try to be part of the solution...

Although, I must say, she's hotter when she's drunk.

I can't argue with anything you say. All valid points (except maybe the hotter when drunk comment). This was a total garbage post. I've been busy and haven't had time to write and interesting, insightful, thought provoking musing. It had been over a week, so I panicked and threw this crap up there. It is somewhat insightful into what type of moron is capable of driving national pop culture consciousness, but I guess we already knew that.

I have no excuse. To make up for it, I will post a piece of advice from Glenn Caperton (formerly Carl Caperton (goddamn you Karl Pilkington; I had the name first)) to Business Casual Stag Devil Death Boy in one of the recently finished final pages of the forthcoming graphic novel, using the new inking and coloring method which I have recently adopted.

again, sorry.

speaking of moronic elements driving national pop culture consciousness: VTK's brother and I saw Maroon 5 play a corporate gig last night.(You've heard them whether you meant to or not. oh, and the lead singer dated Jessica Simpson in keeping with the moron theme). While they did bait the I-banker crowd a little ("I'm a rock star. I can wear tight pants. You're an investment banker, look at you") I think they had a better time playing for their rich peers than the teenage girls they usually get. The weird thing was that they ended with an homage to Neil Young by playing "Rockin in the Free World." I'm not sure they knew how sublimely satisfying it was to substitute "market" for "world" and the incredibly pointed commentary they were making about how corporations and finance are controlling popular music/culture. So they're either morons or kind of clever. Unlike Britney Spears. There's no real debate there.

Did they substitute the word or did you?

Oh, they didn't. We did. We were also drinking the stiffest highballs on record. and they were free. Not a bad night, all told.

nice work. Did you also point at the investment bankers in ironic taunt fashion? And throw your stiff highballs at them? That would have been awesome. Except for the wasting of good stiff highballs.

Did they play Candy Pants?

Geez, I leave to take one econ final and look what happens with the posting. Actually we were trying to check out the investment bankers and then prounounced most of them douchebags. But only to each other. We were dressed up and crashing so no fights. No candy pants either unless you count that woman in the ill advised white stretch pants.

She's not a girl, but not yet a woman. She was going to town on those waffle fries. I think she and Anna Nicole might be the same person.

I always thought ANS was a lot dumber than BS, but you may be right.
